Hi,

I am unable to program my PSoC 5LP on my CY8CKIT-001 development kit. When I set the Vdd switch to 3V, D1 is on but when I set it to 5V D1 starts flashing. I used a multimeter to check the voltage values and Vin is 12 V, 5V pin is 0, and Vdd is 0 and 3.3V pin is 0.3V. I'm not sure what happened? Any suggestions?

Smells like a fried regulator. Can happen when the supply inputs are shorted by accident.

When I set SW3 to 5V, Vin is no longer 12 V. It is around 0.5 V.

What should I do to get  the kit back up and working?

You have to replace the ICs one by one and then check on the kit whether there a short between short between Vcc and Ground exist before powering up the kit.
