PSoC 5, 3 & 1 MCU

VDDIO5VポートとVDDIO3.3Vポートの入力信号を、

PSoCCreator上でLOGICに入力(例えばAND)してVDDIO5Vポートで出力したいのですが、

異なる入力電圧で正常に論理出力可能でしょうか。

Take a look at the SIO port pins.   This pins are capable of level-translation.  In your case, to or from a 3.3V system a 5V system.

On the PSoC5, this would be port 12 pins 0 through 7.
