Hello guys, 

   

Please tell me where it is wrong and why do i get those messages ?

   

the bus is marked with red, the outputs from inverters to pins are green..

Your pins Pin_9 - Pin_12 are set as input pins, must be output, else multiple drivers on on Mux bus. Same with pins 34-40 (must be output, currently in-out).
