I found my second column SC and CT Blocks produce noise. I realised doind followers and I try to reduce the column clock. The SC blocks works until 2MHz, so I decreades from 1MHz to 200KHz. Is it possible my part would be damaged or I'm setting wrong any parameter?

The switched capacitor network product inherent noise. I do not think your part is damaged. We actually speced the noise by frequency in analog blocks in datasheet. Check out the "5V AC Operational Amplifier Specifications" table uder the "AC Operational Amplifer Specification" session. The parameter is Enoa: noise at 1KHz.
