PSoC Programmer 3.22.3 is installed on Windows7, 64-bit. When trying to use MiniProg3, the failure message "SetLedState(..) failed in MiniProg3" is displayed.
Check if the MiniProg3 is connected to an USB3.0 Port. If so, move it to an USB 2.0 port, and it will start to work normally. This is because when MiniProg3 was designed, it was not qualified for USB3.0 compatibility.
