Hi,
The Power Monitor component was designed to look after OV and UV thresholds, so it can update the PGOOD of each rail. Even you are able to scan faster with the SAR ADC, you still need some time between scans to check for these thresholds. The thresholds are checked inside of an internal interrupt, so you will not be able to achieve the 5 us to 10 us scanning time per rail.

May i know why you want sar adc based power monitor component, does current Delta-Sigma based component cannot meet your requirement?

it is little bit slower taking minimum of 150us for one sample while sar adc takes only 5us to 10us for one sample scan.

abhinav,
Why not to use comparator to check for voltage treshold?
