In the meantime you could have a look at the videos enlighting many of the capabilities PSoCs can perform. Choose your favorite PSoC Family and watch.

 Buy one Psoc Pioneer kit and get hand on basic experiments from the manual kits or tutorial links from cypress forums and youtube, personal blogs of people
