when I read through the example AN60594 I was not getting how it worked The BW =1572.2 in Appendix A.
Also if the Vref Vdda/2 is created internally, how do I connect the physical circuit of these circuit to it.

Hi,
The method is for corner frequency calculation. As 800Hz is the different signalling frequencies, both are desired to have a -1dB attenuation. For this purpose e corner frequency of a low-pass filter (LPF) with a –1 dB point at 800 Hz if found out. This will translate to bandwidth of BPF.
In that way Wc = 2* pi * BW. That is how it is calculated.
Regarding second question, VDDA/2 can be routed internally. Use an opamp buffer and connect it internally. Or the opamp output can be routed to a GPIO to take it outside the circuit too.
Best Regards,
