How do I control the output enable on a digital output? I do not see anything obvious in the API.
thanks.

It's a bug. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. The output enable lies in the hardware domain (aka connects to another block via the H/W schematic). I'll file a report into our defect tracking system. What it should do is one of these two options (depending on how we fix it):
- When you uncheck "HW Connection" the "Output Enable" option becomes grayed out
- When you uncheck "HW Connection" the "Output Enable" option still exists, but the output enable needs to be hardware connected to something else in your schematic (is not controlled by a S/W API)
