Was working up to the point where I used the PSoC Programmer. The green LED was steady green. When I programmed, the programming failed and the device did not show up anymore in Device Manager. Now the green LED is steady for a second or so when I unplug and replug, then starts blinking rapidly. Have been using proper ESD procedures.
Does anybody have any suggestions?
