Hi,

If it's a footprint, I recommend looking at the Gerber data in the demo kit.

CY8CKIT-050 for AX package

CY8CKIT-059 for LT package

NOTE : The guidelines may differ depending on the manufacturer of each company. Especially the processing of the exposed pad.

Regards,

Our customer cannot review the Gerber data.

Do you have any idea?

You can see it by using the software described in the README.txt in the Gerber data folder.

/*

GraphiCode, Inc. provides a freeware gerber viewer, GC-Prevue, available for download at te following URL:

http://www.graphicode.com/pages/products.cfm#_Toc5

Once this application is installed you can view the *.art files by using the "File | Import" function.

Cypress uses a .art extension for gerber files. Gerber files are ASCII text and are easily identified to someone "learned in the art."

*/

There has been described as "Cypress uses a .art extension for gerber files".

.art file can be opened with the above freeware.

Please confirm for the above.
