CY8C3866AXI-206 Device not found in the device selector list

I am using CY8C3866AXI-206 device but this device is not included in the device selection list. how i can use this device , is there anyway to include this device with its features. there is a message when programming this device.

   

"This device was recognized but PSoC Creator does not support using it at this time"

Not a good idea to post the same question on several threads. makes more work to help you. The answer I gave was

   

"I am using Creator 4.0 SP1 and the CY8C3866AXI-206 is in the supported device list. Can it be you need an update?"

I was using creator 2 version, so i am going to update the creator version.
