I see that PSOC3 supports UART Bootloader function. It is very helpful for my design. But my device is RS-485 I/F, which is half-duplex. I wander if the Creator can provide a new Bootloader module. I think it is not very difficult.

It is really not very difficult. The bootloader is concepted to be altered by you, have a look at www.cypress.com/.
So you can modify the program yourself and do not have to wait until somebody programs it for you.
