Hi all,

Im a final year mechanical engineering student from kerala,India. I'm working a project on a smart car using Iot capabilities.

I went through microcontrollers like arduino and raspberry to impliment my ideas but one of my friend suggested to use cypress.

Im completely new to the cypress PSoc.

These are the features that i need to impliment.

1. Sensors like temparature, ultrasonic to measure distance should support on the cypress

2.A gsm module or something like that which will serve the purpose to access control the system from internet

3. A display out to display and controll all the sensor datas

I need to start from the scratch ,so help me from the beginning

Welcome to the forum.

Cypress has a new analog kit that does all of the sensor you need and it also can be interfaced with an internet connection and display the data on an LCD module. http://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/cy8ckit-048-psoc-analog-coprocessor-pion.... This module will allow interface with Arduino shields and other PSOC components. http://www.cypress.com/documentation/development-kitsboards/cy8ckit-046-psoc-4-l-series-pioneer-kit. these should do what you like but you could use any of the PSOC board kits for this design issue.
