hi,

I am trying the new capsense block in autotuning, now all is automatic to set.

I have a trouble, with old capsense block, of Creator, it was possible to make the various settings, now with the new capsense block, it is not possible to adjust anything. In my application, where I use springs resting on a plexiglass, the new block fails to calibrate. Do you have a solution? can you help me?

thanks for help

Henry

Hi Henry,

Do you mean that the same product, using the old capsense version can set the parameters and run well, but use the new version, it will fail?

What is the phenomenon when you say "fails to calibrate"?

What  the capacity value the sensor is?

All the sensor calibrate fail or only one sensor?

Hello,

What are the CapSense components you are using ?

Which is CapSense[v7.0] or CapSense CSD[v2.0] ?

If you select AUTO(Smart Sense) for both components, the parameters that can be set are limited.

First of all, please tell us the types of components and the tuning method (tuning mode).

Regards,
