Hi Glenn,

These will not have any problems during mass production. I see that the two devices mentioned are from two different families and the primary choice must be based on the application and the device that best suits the end application.

Regarding QFN vs QFP, QFN would be robust considering there are no physical pins that might get damaged or get broken while peeling.

Best regards,
Hari

Hi GlJe_1688511

Can you provide additional details on the test? Does the test involve peeling the IC off the PCB?

There are many more factors that can impact the peel test apart from the package, like the PCB properties, No.of pins, the pin/pad size, pin ptich etc.

Best regards,

Hari

Hello Hari.

I selected CY8C4125LQS-S423 and CY8C4125AZS-M443.

My customer asked which package is more advantageous.

If you need more information, Please tell me it.

Thanks and Best regards.

Glenn.

Hi Glenn,

Yes, can you give us a little more information on the test itself, regarding the procedure and the pass/fail criteria?

Best regards,
Hari

I am sorry.

They don't know them.

Just, it's to check if these package may have some problems at mass production.

Thanks and Best regards.
