I want to use thermistor component in my design. Default values is max 50 degrees but I need 100.

What resistance parameters I need enter to configuration ?

50 deg is not max temperature for thermistor. Max/mid/min are setpoints to enter thermistor resistance. Each thermistor has its own, which you can get from manufacturer specs. Thermistor component will use those values to calculate A,B,C coefficients for Stahl equations, linking thermistor resistance to the temperature. To obtain temperature faster and with better precision use Fast Thermistor Calculator component http://www.cypress.com/forum/psoc-community-components/fast-thermistor-calculator
