I have an external memory that takes 1.8V. Is that possible to use Vccd for this? No information about the output current capability!

Hi,
Please note that VCCD pin is for connecting a decoupling capacitor for the internal digital regulator. It is not recommended to use VCCD as supply source for off-chip circuitry.
Thanks and regards
Ganesh
