Hello,

I am testing the PSoc  4100S Pioneer kit that has KitProg3, I see the programmer, but not the MCU with PSOC Creator:

The strange thing is that I can read and write with PSOC Programmer:

Do you know the issue ?

Best regards

Hi,

my version is 4.3, but I have resolved in this mode:

1) Pressed Port acquire and appear the MCU for some seconds.

2) Double click on MCU for connect it.

After these operations the connection is automatic.

Thanks

Luca

Hi Luca,

Can you please let me know the version of PSoC Creator that you are using? Please try with a single device tethered to your PC and then try to connect using PSoC Creator. Share the screenshot of the error when trying to connect to the device. Note that the device can be connected to either PSoC Creator or PSoC Programmer at a time. So, close the PSoC Programmer tool and then connect to the device.

Have you tried updating the devices in PSoC Creator? If not, please select Tools > Find new devices.

Thanks and Regards,
