You can choose your device by selecting Target device and selecting the appropriate family and then the device to be programmed as shown.

My device is CY8CKIT-059 PSoC5LP Kit ARM Cortex M3，but the Target kit cannot be selecter.And the psoc creator 4.2 is completely installed.

There are installation files for the kit. Look here for the "Kit Only" file.

Please select PSoC 5LP and then <Launch Device Selector> as shown.

In the Device Selector window, select the device that is highlighted in the picture below -
