I want to know source current capacity of CY8C4147AZI-S445. For that I have referred this datasheet.
However, Datasheet is of PSoC 4100S Plus family, and I want to know about exact source current capacity of MCU CY8C4147AZI-S445, for confirmation.
Please Help regarding it.
Thank You

Hi,
The maximum Source/sink current for the device CY8C4147AZI-S445 is 200 mA. You can find this information in page 17 table 4 of the datasheet.
https://www.cypress.com/file/396611/download
Also, the maximum source current per GPIO pin should be less than or equal to 4mA and maximum sink current per GPIO should be less than 8mA. You can get this information from the pin component datasheet. I have attached the image here.
Please update if you have further queries.
Thanks
Ganesh

according to this image from
https://www.cypress.com/file/396611/download
SID4 Maximum current per GPIO is -25mA to +25mA.
Please explain this.
Thank You

Hi,
The +/-25mA rating on the device datasheet is absolute maximum ratings which means the pins will get damaged if this level exceeds.
The ratings those are present in the pin component datasheet are limits for proper functional operation. If these limits exceeds the drive logic may be affected.
Thanks
