SDIO is meant as a more general-purpose interfacing for SD cards to allow multiple cards/sizes to use the same socket/hardware. Since PSoC devices are generally used in embedded systems, I suspect it is out of general scope to provide for multiple types/sizes of SD cards. It shouldn't be too hard to write the SDIO interface if that is what you are looking for.
