From the Psoc 4000S family datasheet it says the chips can be programmed from a SWD interface. I am including an SWD interface in my PCB design for the CY8C4025FNI-S402T chip, but I was wondering whether the chip supports programming via UART or SPI as well.
I know the Segger J-Link JTAG/SWD device can be used to program or debug over SWD, but will the Cypress KitProg device also be able to connect into the SWD interface in a PCB to program a CY8C4025FNI-S402T chip soldered onto the PCB? Thanks!

Hi,
You can do bootloading to update the product’s firmware over UART or I2C, please check these following ANs for details :
http://www.cypress.com/file/45171/download
http://www.cypress.com/documentation/application-notes/an86526-psoc-4-i2c-bootloader
You can use kitprog to program CY8C4025FNI-S402 ( WLCSP package ) chip, CY8CKIT-059 is available with snap-away Programmer and Debugger (Kitprog) on the USB connector whose details are available at this link:
