Hello Everybody:

1 there is something wrong when We try  to download Hex file into mcu .

can  you tell me what's wrong like that?

2  failed twice: windows10 X64 PC  and  windows 7 x64 notebook computer.

3 they both failed when using PSOC Programmer 3.28

4 J-flash V6.30d and V6.36d are also   can not connected when we try to downlaod the same  hex files .

hi there。

the reason was the PSoC creator 4.2  need to be updated to latest status. step1  tools->Find new Components -> install checked components.  step 2 Tools ->find new devices .  After this  2 steps, Hex file can be download correctly.

Hello,

It seems that the hex files you have is not generated for CY8C4147AZQ-S475 device. If you are generating hex using PSoC creator please check if you have selected the right device for your project.
