CapSenseはスキャン完了ごとに、Interruptを発生させることが可能ですが、

このInterruptで、SleepModeからのwakeup可能でしょうか。

PSoC 4のPower Modeの観点から、CapSenseのスキャン終了後の割り込みにより、SleepからActiveのModeへのwakeupは可能です。
