Hello,
I'm looking at the PSoC 4 Capacitive Sensing (CapSense®) datasheet for the feasibility of setting the SSC to the CSD's Sense clock source.
I don't think it is possible to achieve settings that satisfy "1." - "3." in the table below.
Is this correct?
And, is "4." a description of CSX?
Best regards,
Yocchi

Hello Yocchi-san,
You can take a look at this kba - https://community.cypress.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-Articles/Considerations-for-CapSense-Sense-Clock-Par... that describes the sense clock parameters.
As mentioned in that, the value of Resolution >= 14, sense clock frequency = 93.75 kHz will work with SSC6. Similarly, Resolution >=15 and sense clock frequency of 93.75 kHz will work with SSC7. However, such small sense clock frequencies must be provided carefully as it will affect the IDAC code that is set and consequently, the performance of the sensors.
Point 4 is a description of CSX.
Best regards,
Hari
