Hi all

For infineon+CYPRESS people.

Are there any plan for releasing PSOC 4200L prototyping kits.

I vote for it😊

Regards

Luis

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no prototyping kit with PSoC4200L device with it. You can check out PSoC4200M based prototyping kit CY8CKIT-043 .

Hello Luis.

CY8CKIT-046 has been available since 2016.

Does this meet your needs?

Hello BiBi,

Thank you, the kit you are telling me is the Pioneer Kit and is too bulky and expensive for my purposes.

I mean like this that you can put in a prototype without sacrificing your development kit :

and this:

LuNo,

Why not to use CY8CKIT-059 instead? What feature is missing?

Hi odissey1!

Maybe it's just my inexperience and just wondering that if you develop for PSoC 4200L then change chip for prototyping to PSoC 5LP everything should work straight forward?

Also, it would be nice to have those chips in a handy prototyping format.

Luis

LuNo,

Not really. The PSoC5LP and PSoC4L came  almost 5 years apart, so some hardware has changed. My experience is that P5 and P4 projects are not easily interchangeable.

Hi Vasanth

Thanks for your response. I already made a search.

Any way, if there are plans to release prototyping kits based on PSoC4200L,  just let me know.

Regards

Luis
