I am working with the PSoC 4000s Prototyping Kit and want to convert the RawCount readings from CapSense back to capacitance values. Using the given formula requires a knowledge of the Imod value, which I cannot find. Any help is much appreciated!

Imod is sourced from the internal IDAC. In CapSense Component configuration GUI, you can configure Modulator IDAC and Compensation IDAC manually. If you are reading AN85951, Table 3-1 shows the Imod description. And for CapSense CSD v3.x/4.x/5.x, the unit of IDAC is 2.4uA/bit by default.
