How do I order parts with EZ-Serial

My product uses CYBLE-222014-01 with EZ-Serial V1.1.1  I want to be sure of ordering these parts programmed with the correct firmware. What must I specify to be sure of getting this ?

I have previously asked this question, and been told that all parts after <date> have this, but I have no way of knowing when the parts supplied by my CM were shipped.

Is there a particular first date code or part number I can request ?

The parts I have been given have no recognizable date code and the wrong firmware.

Suggest to contact your Cypress distributors to confirm. If they are not sure,  you may ask them, or help yourself to create a MyCase with your requirement details.
