Hi.
My customer use PSoC 4100S Plus (CY8C4127AZI-S455).
Please tell us of GPIO Output leakage current.
Drive mode uses "Strong Drive", "Open Drain Drives High", and "Open Drain Drives Low".
What is the leakage current when the output is OFF, that is, when it is in the high impedance state?
I understand that Input leakage current is 2nA.
Does this change under the condition of 5V, -10 ~ 70 ℃?
Best Regards.

Dear Asanuma-san,
We notice max of -4.138nA leakage at 80C,5.5V across 3 samples. We expect the current to be around this region. I hope this data is helpful.
Best Regards,
Vasanth
