Hello Everyone,
I am planning to use CY8C4147AZS-S475 chip for my current project but I wonder if this chip OR ANY CHIP has a functional safety (ISO 26262) capable?
Thank you in advance!
Marcus

Hi ,
The short answer is no! The PSoC 4 products [CY8C4147AZS-S475], or any general PSoC product, is typically not compliant to ISO-26262 . [Although it could be supported at system level and hardware level for ASIL-B using sufficient collaterals like HW safety manual, fmeda, SW development process overview etc.].
We would suggest for Traveo II. The Traveo -II products are compliant to Functional safety for ASIL-B. Details can be found here-
