Cypress BLE Dongle without using CySmart 1.1

I have to make an desktop application that gather data from BLE sensor using Cypress BLE Dongle.

   

At the moment I am using CySmart but I want to automate and customize the process with my own application.

   

Where is possible to find the documentation of the protocol used between Cypress BLE Dongle and CySmart?
