Cypress BLE Beacon App Graph Setting / can not change picture

I would like to change Picture of this APP. (Cypress BLE Beacon APP for PC)

But I can not change the picture. And some other user also can not change the picture.

OS is Windows 10 64bit.

I selected Picture file in "Change the picture of background".

If you know other setting how to set picture, please let me know.

What is the file type of the image that you are using?

As per my observation, the JPG file format is not working. Only if you select PNG file format it is working. Can you please check and confirm the same?

I used PNG, JPG, and other files. But does not work well.

Please refer to attachment file.

I used default png file. But application does not show this file.

Hi,

I would recommend you to un-install and re-install the software once. I have done the following steps and it is working for me.

1. Using the Windows snipping tool, I created the PNG image.

2. Opened the BLE beacon app--> Graph setting --> and selected the image.

I am able to see the image as background. So I suggested you for a reinstallation.

It could also be an issue with size of the PNG image. Please check that too.

I re-install SW ageing and I made PNG file by Windows snipping tool.

But I can not see picture in this application.

Do you have other idea ?

I still can not open any picture files with Cypress BLE Beacon APP for PC.

If PC setting is wrong, please tell me PC setting and some additional SW for example framework.

Hi,

Are you not able to open the image on the 3-D temperature graph ? If yes, you are correct. We are not able to open the image there too. We are investigating on this. Since this app is very old from Cypress, we have very limited priority in development of this application.

Are you able to insert image in the Graph setting configurator page as shown in the response#1 of mine? We are able to do it as shown in the image in response#1. If this is the problem, then there may be something wrong with the installation.

After re-install, I tried to do Response #1 again. But My PC and Application can not show PNG file as below.
