Hello everyone,

I am using Cy8ckit-041-41XX  Psoc4 S- Series Pioneer Kit. There is  sample project in it. İt name is USB-HID Trackpad. I programed the code but in bootlander  host I did not connect the PC. It gave me error. I am  putting the SS here.  Program status is bootlander host. I did what is document said.

İs there anyone who can help me?

Hi,

We have tested it on our side and it is working fine with the same kit. Please test if the kit you are using is working fine. Please update the kitprog firmware to the latest in PSoC programmer. Please ensure the following settings are set as shown in the image attached.
