Can I use magsense with 16ga metal without etching?

There are three buttons with a ~123mm span total, and 41mm spacing between the buttons where the 16ga stainless would need to flex.

What are the dimenstions/sizes needed to register proper flexion?

1. "41mm spacing" refers to the center-to-center distance of two adjacent buttons, right?  What's the width(height) size of the buttons?

2.  The press force value,  do you have specific test standard?
