Can I read a program from Psoc4?

I need to know the version of the program that was previously designed with CY8C4127LTI-M475.

However, I don't know how to read program data for PIC.

Please let me know if you have any reading methods or tools.

Hi please check the option "Reading a Device" whose details available in in Help section of PSoC Programmer 3.28.4 as shown in screenshot below  :
