CYBLE-022001-00 Debug / Program problem by using MiniProg3

I am debugging EZ-BLE module by using MiniProg3 but  showing : -> Warning: dbg.M0039: There was an error running port acquire: Can not acquire SWD device!

   

All pin of MiniProg3 connected to EZ-BLE according to given data sheet : -> http://www.cypress.com/file/140716/download 

   

*while debugging it showing port acquire problem . 

   

plzz check the attached file of debug configuration

        Could be the cable from Mini Prog 3 to your device it could be defective. Have you tried the programmer on another board? Have you verified the connection from the socket to the Ble chip?

Check the voltage level before acquiring port. Keep it as 3.3V instead of external and try again. It should work. Hope it helps 🙂
