Hi @lili_285866
Can you take a look at this thread where the steps to re-install the drivers are mentioned - https://community.cypress.com/t5/PSoC-6-MCU/PSoC6-board-not-recognized-by-computer-after-failed-firm...
Adding the steps for reference -
1. Right-click on 'KitProg' and select 'Update Driver Software'.
2. Select 'Browse my computer for driver software'.
3. Select 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer'.
4. Click 'Next'.
5. Click on 'Have Disk'. Please ensure that you do not miss this step.
6. Browse and select the following file - C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\Programmer\drivers\KitProg2\KitProg2UART.inf
7. After this, try 'Upgrade Firmware' in PSoC Programmer under the 'Utilities' tab.
Best regards,
Hari

Hi @lili_285866
The CapsenseMTKTool is not compatible with PSoC 4100PS. You can use the CapSense Tuner to tune and test the CapSense sensors for this device. Please take a look at any CapSense code example (eg CE210291 CapSense P4 One button) for details on using CapSense Tuner.
Best regards,
Hari
