I'm making small breakout board for PsoC4 42xx , And found these on schematic. can anyone explains the necessary of this capacitors.

CTANK is for the Capsense component, the bypass cap at P1_7 is needed to stabilize the reference voltage for the SAR (ADC) conversion component.
