CA-USBHUT/ CA-USBU100R Stops working

Hello All,

We acquire CA-USBHUT and CA-USBU100R , and since of its installation we faced some hardware issues during normal use. After some days the video/usb transmission stops and is necessary hard reset to it came back to life. After some Googling I was not able to find the troubleshooting document where can guide me to solve the issues.

Actions Taken: Changed ethernet cable to CAT6, Removed possible external eletromagnetic sources.

Now during normal use the USB from touch screen display stops working and just back after a full reset.

Looks CA-USBHUT and CA-USBU100R are Cypress Technology (http://en.cypress.com.tw/) product, you may want to contact them for help. We are Cypress Semiconductor.
