Hello Kimura,

As Apurva had previously mentioned, Cypress' closest suggested migration path from the MX29GL128FHT2I-90G

is to the S29GL128S90TFI010.  The S29GL128S90TFI010 is an active Ordering Part Number (OPN), scheduled for

production through 2022.   (For your awareness, the "S29GL128S90THI010" is not a valid OPN)

As well, Cypress' closest suggested migration path from the W29GL128CH9T is to the S29GL128S10TFIV1x (10 = 100nS tACC)

or to the S29GL128S11TFIV1x (11 = 110nS tACC).  Both Cypress FLASH memory devices are active Ordering Part Numbers,

(OPN), and are scheduled for production through 2022.

NOTE : It is important to highlight that the S29GL128S is configured as x16 (WORD) mode only.  The x8 (BYTE) mode is not

an available option on the S29GL128S.

Hope this helps...

Thank you and regards,

Albert

Hi Kimura,

The suitable replacement that we found for both MX29GL128FHT2I-90G and W29GL128CH9T is S29GL128S90THI010.

Here is the link for the datasheet of our part - http://www.cypress.com/file/177976/download

Thank You
