Hi,
Since Typical Active Power Supply Current (Page Program) with S25FL256S is not defined in the specification, I tried to refer to S25FL256L, i.e. 40mA. However, the architecure seems to be different.
What's the major factor which impacts the current?

Hello Tom,
Thank you for contacting Cypress Technical Support, an Infineon Technologies Company.
The typical current is about 10-20% from Max value, our recommendation is to use 10%--> 80mA (100mA Max).

Bushra

Dear Bushra:
Thanks for replying. However, how do you get the number 80mA? If you mean the typical current is 10% OF Max . value, the number is 10mA. If you mean 10% FROM Max. value, it's 90mA.
Any misunderstanding between us?
Kindest regards
Tom
