As per attached snapshot of the command table taken from "S29GL032N " datasheet what is significance of "555" or "2AA"? Are they addresses followed by command?
Example :- For command "Program" 4 cycles are required. In 1st cycle "555" and "AA" is written. So "555" means address which should be put on address lines and "AA" means command which should be put on data lines?

Hi,
Yes, your understanding is correct. '555' is the address and 'AA' is the data.
These cycles are called unlock cycles and the command sequence requirement of unlock cycles for programming or erasing provides data protection against inadvertent writes. You can read about it in section '8.17 Hardware Data Protection' of the datasheet. You can also bypass these cycles by entering the unlock bypass mode, which is explained in section '10.4.2 Unlock Bypass Command Sequence'
Hope that answers your query.
Thank you and Regards.
