I discussed your issue internally and I would like to inform you that we will need to do analysis on the physical parts. I would suggest you to create a Failure Analysis case by visiting the following link.

Apologies for my mistake, I provided the incorrect link for creating MyCase.
The correct procedure is go to the Cypress website and Register/Login using your email id. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Create a MyCase' link -
You should see a page similar to this -
However, I am not sure whether new FA cases are being accepted at the moment (due to pandemic situation). I am checking internally and shall get back to you on this shortly.
After checking internally, I can now confirm that we are accepting FA cases for Flash. Please go ahead and create a case. Please let me know if you face any difficulties.
