Hi All,

My company is using your S25FL512S 512 Flash Memory, and upon reading the data sheet I was unable to find any thermal resistance values for the Junction to board or the Junction to case. I was wondering if these could be provided?

The full part number I have is as follows; S25FL512SAGBHIA10.

The description I have is: IC FLASH 512MBIT 133MHZ 24BGA
