Ripple tolerance for Vcc

What is the allowable value of ripple of the power supply voltage supplied to Vcc(3.3V)?

Customers want to use it as a reference for power supply circuit design.

Hi Naoaki Morimoto san,

Thank you for contacting Cypress Community.

Our device is capable to handle the VCC/VIO noise within data sheet voltage operating range. Though the device will still work fine till the time the VCC/VIO supplies fluctuate within the operating voltage range, we still recommend to keep these supplies constant.
