Can some body help to guide for the best replacement for old NOR Flash part # S29CL032J0PQFM013 with minimal design/layout changes. Which part does cypress recommend for new design to replace the former one which is obsolete?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Cypress Community.

S29CL032J0PQFM013 has a PQFP package. We do not have any Parallel NOR Flash part with PQFP package.

The closest replacement that we can recommend is S29WS128P part with simultaneous Read/Write operation.
