Is the program erase cycle count of the S70FL01GSAGBHEC13 just 100 or is that a typo?

100 program erase cycles seems very low.  Is it higher if we stick within a narrow temperature range than -55C to +125C?

Hello,

For the device S70FL01GSAGBHEC13 we define the endurance spec at 125C. As mentioned in the datasheet, we can guarantee only 100 Program/Erase cycles at 125C. If you are operating our device at a temperature below 85C, then the typical endurance spec is 100K Program/Erase cycles.
