My design use both Zynq-7020 and S25FL128LAGNFM01. The Flash is connected in QSPI mode, but cannot be identified by Zynq. Here is the design.

Does Zynq support SPI or QSPI communication with S25FL128LAGNFM01?

Thanks for any reply.

Hello,

Currently, only S25FL064L (64Mb) devices is present in supported devices list for Zynq-7xxx FPGAs. As S25FL128L is a similar device with double the density, you might be able to use it in your application. You can select the S25FL064L (in place of S25FL128L) and do minor modification to ensure the Zynq7000 recognize the Flash he address is a 128Mb density. Make sure you are using Vivado 2019.1 version or later.

Please feel free to ask, if you have any other related queries.

Thanks and Regards,

Sudheesh
