Impact on EMS (Electromagnetic Susceptibility) between 256Mb and 512Mb NOR Flash

Hi,

The memory capacity and die size of the below two model numbers are different.
Is there a difference in EMS performance such as Radiated electromagnetic field test (G-TEM cell) between these two types of ICs?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don’t have the EMS data to compare between FL256S and FL512S. So we don’t know the exact difference. However, EMC performance is mainly determined by peripheral circuit type or PKG type, so the difference of EMC performance by density is generally smaller than above.
